Rabbit Golf ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application ("Rabbit" or the "App").

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account using Sign in with Apple, we receive:

• Your Apple ID identifier (a unique code, not your actual Apple ID)
• Your name (if you choose to share it)
• Your email address (if you choose to share it, or Apple's private relay email)

Location Information

With your permission, we collect your location to:

• Find golf courses near you
• Provide GPS yardages to greens, hazards, and targets during your round
• Show your position on course maps

You can disable location access at any time in your device settings. The app will still function for score tracking without location data.

Game and Score Data

We collect information about your golf rounds, including:

• Scores and game results
• Courses played
• Players in your groups
• Game settings and preferences

Subscription Information

If you subscribe to Rabbit Pro, Apple handles all payment processing. We receive:

• Your subscription status (active, expired, etc.)
• Subscription type (monthly or yearly)
• Transaction identifiers

We do not receive or store your payment card details.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Enable features like live leaderboards and group play
• Process and manage your subscription
• Respond to your requests and support inquiries
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With other players: Your name and scores are visible to other players in your groups and on leaderboards you participate in.
• Service providers: We use Supabase for data storage and RevenueCat for subscription management. These providers process data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service with enterprise-grade security. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Data Retention

We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for location tracking

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
